We bought the ZYGO interferomter and 12units lenses in 2017, could be used to check the surface flatness of the windows/optical flats , and the surface figure of the spherical lenses, thats improved the companys quality control to the new advanced level. The precison of the spherical lens could be controlled in lambda/20 now.
